this is a private, non-commercial website of and about Ing. Wilfrid Schusta

This website has political as well as technological intentions. It adheres to the principles as listed below:

• to promote the idea of the European Union, as seen by one of the many millions Europeans. Especially to provide a positive alternative against the anti-European sentiment as it can be diagnosed in countries like Austria and to demonstrate how it shall be and can be: A peaceful cooperation of interested citizens, who feel and act truly European, hence the domain in order express exactly this.
• to leave no doubt about the fact, that I prefer a political system based on partnership and mutual respect of women and men instead of the discrimination we (all) suffered in the past milleniums.
• to provide a platform, both interesting because of its content and the technological background. Within legal boundaries I may publish anything I believe everybody interested should know and demonstrate its implementation with features provided by the internet.
• a clear preference for law and order, with all aspects, such as copyright. However, nobody (including lawyers) is familiar with every detail of the many, many regulations. Welcome to legal advice or justified complaint. I try to do my very best in order to keep this site within legal boundaries.
• Nobody paid a cent for an hyperlink on wilfrid.eu. If the context does not tell anything different, external links are meant to be recommendations. It is not possible to constantly monitor all link-targets. However, any hyperlink may be subject to removal as a consequence from discoveries of illegal or offending publications or details.
• There is no whatsoever liability for recommendations contained in this web-presence.
• With the activation of wilfrid.eu on April 9, 2006 English became the primary language of the site. Basically this website is open for all official languages spoken in the European Union. Personally I can only contribute in English or German and may guess the meaning of sentences written in languages that evolved from Latin, such as French, Italian and Spanish. Welcome to all, who want to help with translations - for free, since this is a non-profit website, addressing interested persons within the EU, the United States and all civilized countries.

These pages were stored on the server of Linux User Group St. Pölten until May 2004. Special thanks to Mag. Claus Pfleger for providing a hardware from June 8, 2004 until January 15, 2007 and then a virtual machine, based an VMware until November 2011. On November 10, 2011 wilfrid.eu arrived on a new hardware of my own, a TEO XXS. Internet-Provider Tele 2, 230Volts 50Hertz electricity by EVN.

The content of this website is primarily in English and German, hence no special welcome-pages for these two on eulang.shtml. The publication-language is selected according to the purpose of an article, it is basically not intended to provide word-by-word translations, even for similar or even identical subjects. Owing to the fact that international visitors do have a different approach to a matter than local readers.
